PiRATES OF THE TREASURE VALLEY: UTTERLY CAPTIVATING.

Don your skull t-shirts and smudge on more eyeliner than a Johnny Depp cosplayer. It’s
time to walk…arrgghh…talk…the metaphorical plank at. Under the banner theme, PiRATES of the TREASURE VALLEY, two crews of storytelling standouts go head-to-head to slay with words. (Even more entertaining than
a cursing parrot.)

Flagship host Jodi Eichelberger and Late-Night host Beth Norton hand-selected five story slammers from each series in our 2022|23 season to take no prisoners via plotlines. They’ll first square off on the theme SHIPWRECK. Then enter the final elimination round under the theme RESCUE until only one winning voice remains on deck.

Not all treasure is silver and gold, as Jack Sparrow would say, sometimes it’s ultimate
bragging rights and storytelling supremacy over the entire Treasure Valley. Shipshape stories. Get tickets now to find out who dominates in the land of slam, no
hook required. Who will win the title of “Slammer of the Year” over all the Pirates of the Treasure Valley?

Stories start at 7 pm (gates at 6 pm). Open to all ages with beer and
wine served. In the outdoor amphitheater at JUMP in downtown Boise.
